My name is Chelsea Zelnick, and I was raised in the town of Sparta, NJ, alongside my wonderful parents and younger sister. Today, I live in Succasunna, NJ, where I share a happy home with my husband, Andrew, and our sweet son, Luca.

With a background rooted in hospitality, I’ve always had a heart for service and a passion for helping others shine. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—each role allowing me to grow professionally and expand my skill set in new and exciting ways. I’ve learned that what fuels me most is creating meaningful connections and making life a little easier for those around me.

Becoming a mom was a transformative experience. After Luca was born, I began to rethink what I wanted out of my career. I craved flexibility, purpose, and the freedom to build something of my own. In 2023, when Luca turned one, I took a leap of faith and launched CZ Consulting. What started as a solo endeavor has since blossomed into a thriving two-person team—and I couldn’t be prouder of how far we’ve come.

CZ Consulting was born out of a desire to bring peace of mind and precious time back to busy professionals. We specialize in tailored support for individuals and organizations overwhelmed by their ever-growing to-do lists. From administrative assistance and operational support to event coordination and personal concierge services, we’re here to lighten the load so our clients can focus on what truly matters.

I discovered The Co-Co through several inspiring members of B.I.G. and was instantly drawn to the community’s warmth, purpose, and the incredible events it offers. Joining felt like a natural next step. Since becoming a member, I’ve gained so much—from actionable insights to authentic relationships—and I’m excited to continue growing both personally and professionally alongside such an empowering network.
