I'm originally from Randolph, NJ. I went to Rutgers for undergrad and Columbia for grad school, and now live in Jersey City.

I'm an organizational psychologist by training. I spent most of my career in consulting, mostly in leadership and HR strategy, and started Quint about four years ago to work on the commercial side of that: how companies find their edge and grow.

Quint is a go-to-market consultancy that brings the best from behavioral science and creative development to help organizations solve their most pressing problem: Growth. Most of our work is with B2B companies figuring out what makes them different in crowded markets and turning that into commercial traction. Clients tend to be services, tech, and training companies, typically either large-sized or PE-backed businesses.

Where we differ is in the behavioral lens. Most positioning work builds outward from the internal story. We start with how customers actually think, decide, and buy, then work backward to the position and message that will move them. My wife and I were looking for office space outside our home and near our children's daycare. We first tried the Co-Co during spring break and have decided the commute worked for our schedules.
