I'm a fashion entrepreneur and independent consultant with a professional background in Inclusive People Management & Organizational Culture, and a passion for travel and the discovery of new places and cultures. I currently live in Summit, NJ, with my husband and two teenage kids. Prior to calling Summit home, we lived in Montreal, Canada for many years until my husband's work prompted us to move to Ludwigshafen, Germany, and then to Summit.

My personal and professional journey started when I moved from Toronto to Quebec City for graduate school, where I studied Industrial Relations and Inclusive Human Resource Management. From there, I relocated to Montreal to pursue a career in international human resources with large global companies. My life experiences in Montreal left a lasting impression and shaped me into who I am today. In Montreal, I found myself surrounded by a vibrant multicultural city with a dynamic art scene. And, it was there that I was inspired to tap into my inner creativity and discovered a love for drawing, painting, and jewelry-making as a creative outlet outside of work.

Jewelry making became more than a creative outlet. It sparked a genuine passion and appreciation for craft and design. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, and I always knew that when the time was right, I would take on the challenge of building a business of my own from the ground up. This is what led me to launch IRLÔH, a curated online boutique for jewelry and accessories from independent designers and artisans around the world.

IRLÔH is a curated online boutique for modern, refined statement jewelry & accessories designed for everyday wear by independent designers and artisans around the world. I love to partner and collaborate with fellow entrepreneurs to find new opportunities for growth. I am also looking to create social impact by partnering and supporting local non-profits. With my background in inclusive people management and organizational culture, I am always happy to help fellow entrepreneurs with any related questions or projects.

I was searching for a co-working space in downtown Summit that I could conveniently reach on foot, and also offer community groups and learning events. I discovered The Co-Co on one of my walks. When I came for the tour, I knew right away that The Co-Co would be perfect for where I am in my business. I'm hoping to make new meaningful connections at The Co-Co, learn from fellow entrepreneurs and be part of a vibrant community.
