Finding humor during quarantine is necessary for my survival, and yet there is, understandably, a short supply of funny. Until, that is, I was introduced to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) being offered by the Federal Government.

Two years ago, in April of 2018, The Co-Co’s founding team gathered for a planning meeting. I have a clear memory of newsprint papering the conference room walls. The lead sentence on The Co-Co’s website landing page was drafted that day: The Co-Co is here to inspire and support you, wherever you are on your journey of life and career. I could have never imagined that two years later, our team's shared journey would bring us home.

I am curious, playful, and insightful. As a coach, I partner with individuals and teams to design and live a life that is happily theirs. Through one-on-one and group coaching, I help people adopt mindsets and practices that will lead them to become more alive and more at peace, especially as they navigate new challenges or prepare to make change.

I’m a certified health and wellness coach with a passion for supporting people in bringing to life the healthy lifestyle they envision but find impossible to create in real life.

When the co-founders began to imagine what The Co-Co was going to look like it was vitally important that all women felt welcome and equal. We wanted a place where women (and men) of different cultures, colors, ages, and interests would be comfortable, and ideas and community would naturally flow. We wanted this place for us, for our members and also for the future generations of women to be an example of a new way to work.

I am a writer: writer of stories, lover of words. It says so on my Instagram profile. Yup, I joined Insta and yet as a rule, I tend to not be a “joiner” preferring to do my writing by myself, which is why over the years I have only belonged to two writer’s groups.

I spent 25 years in Big Corporate America, where I held roles in marketing and general management at American Express, led the digital transformation of Citi Cards, originated the role of Citi’s first Chief Innovation Officer, and also held executive roles at E*TRADE, AXA and Readers Digest.
