I’ve always been happiest making things; the creative “flow state” is where I find deep peace and personal fulfillment. As a kid, making things look REAL was extra exciting. I loved visiting my father’s office, where there were typewriters and copy machines and other grown-up tools to try.

Dish is an eco-friendly prepared meal company providing healthy meals, made with locally sourced ingredients, packaged sustainably. We do not use refined sugars, we use healthy oils (and not a lot of it!), make all of our stocks and sauces in house so we know what is in them, and can control sodium levels, and we are mostly gluten free.

Anthony and Daniel Dinelli are co-founders of Cambridge Wines located at 320 Springfield Avenue in Summit, NJ!

The company’s mission is to create “an easy and enjoyable experience to walk into a liquor store and find a bottle that fits your mood, pairs with your dinner, or just tastes good!”

During the course, I created unique needlepoint canvases and drew colorful mandala circles, laced with motivational and guiding words. I am tickled with my creations! They have brought more leaps of childlike delight and feelings of true pride in myself than many of my “successful achievements” in the corporate world.
