As a first generation American, education has always been a focus and passion of mine. First Choice Prep offers academic tutoring and test prep to support students virtually or in-person. We focus on one-on-one and small group tutoring that is tailored to students' unique needs. By combining a strong curriculum with passionate tutors, we've helped thousands of students succeed academically.

I believe in a no-diet culture, ditching the scale, and rejecting the one-size-fits-all approach—because everyBODY has unique needs. Through my signature "POWER Nutrition Framework" and "12 Fixes to a Healthy You" method, I provide sustainable solutions that help women nourish their bodies, balance their hormones, and flourish through every phase of menopause and beyond.

Stronger Tomorrow, LLC, is a workplace wellness company that serves to influence and reshape health and human services organizations through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion. Our work focuses on accreditation consulting, improving employee wellbeing and skill sets through continuing education, and supporting women in leadership. The newly launched Stronger Tomorrow Golf and Wellness League is a curated membership network for executive women to make deals on the green while taking care of their overall wellbeing.

Our work is sacred. We are end-of-life doulas and grief support specialists. Our clients come to us at different stages of life. Some are astute enough to plan ahead and get all their affairs in order. Others come when their loved ones are terminal and they need help finding hospices and aides AND support in navigating all the dysfunction that can come at this stage.

I work with women experiencing hormonal mayhem and burnout to help them better understand their mind body connection by taking a proactive, real life approach to nutrition and selfcare practices. Together, we dive into the nuances of each individual's biological, physiological, and physiological components of your health and wellness. We address not just nutrition, but also sleep, stress, movement and supplement protocols to help you feel more energetic, vibrant, and empowered in your body.

A Jersey girl at heart (Franklin Township then Mountain Lakes!), I've always felt a pull to support others. Growing up as the eldest, I became a natural confidante, drawn to uplifting those around me. Witnessing their struggles, and facing some of my own, ignited a passion for guiding people towards a more empowering perspective.
