I grew up in Maryland and went to Georgetown University, convinced I was headed to medical school. That dream took me to New York and (fortunately) never came true. Instead, I found my way to Wall Street, where I spent the next 25 years as a healthcare analyst and portfolio manager, learning from and working alongside some extraordinary leaders.

At the beginning of 2025, after a new opportunity didn’t work out, I found myself unexpectedly starting over. When I joined The Co-Co, I assumed I’d spend my days applying for jobs in my old world. What I didn’t expect was how inspired I’d feel by women who were building, creating, and betting on themselves.

One day, walking my dog and listening to a podcast about yet another tech-bro founder, it occurred to me: no one was telling the leadership stories of the executives I’d known for decades. They weren’t founders, but they were incredible leaders. They are executives who made hard decisions, built enduring cultures, and led with humility and long-term vision. Hence, the birth of my podcast, No Spotlight Needed.

I live in Short Hills with my husband, two children, and a genetically bred doodle.

No Spotlight Needed is a podcast series that features candid, thoughtful conversations with exceptional but understated healthcare CEOs. Each episode explores how they built strong cultures, navigated complexity, and led with clarity. Topics range from leadership evolution and decision-making in defining moments to building trust, staying grounded, and shaping the future of their industries.

I'm hoping to share the wisdom from some of the most successful executives with others regardless of whether you are starting up your own business, working for a company, or simply want to apply your values to your work.

I've known about The Co-Co for several years. I joined as a co-working member to really get out of the house, focus on my next chapter, and stop going to the kitchen to snack! What I didn't expect was that The Co-Co would become a true inspiration for me to take a huge leap outside of my comfort zone. I look forward to my Co-Co working days because I know they will be productive, and I am excited to continue to expand my network with the help of the amazing members around me.
